📦 Order Processing & Shipping Information

🕒 Order Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is on its way.


🚚 Shipping Timelines

  • U.K Orders
    Shipped via Royal mail with a standard transit time of 5-7 business days

  • U.S. Orders
    Shipped via USPS or FedEx with a standard transit time of 15–20 business days.

  • International Orders
    Shipping typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the assigned fulfillment center.


⚠️ Shipping Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or customs delays

  • Global events or courier disruptions

While we work hard to meet timelines, your patience is greatly appreciated during unforeseen delays.


📦 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to your email.

❌ Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty.
To cancel, email us at zerocart@gmail.com with the subject line: “CANCEL MY ORDER.”


🏠 Address Corrections

Entered the wrong address?
Please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make corrections.
After the order has shipped, we’re unable to modify address details.


🔄 Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
To avoid missed deliveries, please track your package and ensure someone is available to receive it.


🛠 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right.

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

We’ll send a free replacement right away.
